Area Manager

Our Sales and Marketing team is looking for an experienced Area Manager to build and maintain relationships across all BMW Group Dealer Partners for the Central NSW Region. As the interface between BMW Australia Finance and our Dealer Network you will drive business objectives across BMW Group Brands and Commercial Finance. This is a full-time field-based role.

What awaits you?

• You will be responsible for the achievement of Financial Services targets relating to Retail Finance, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance and Customer Retention together with Dealer Satisfaction and NPS results.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and streamlining processes.
• You will conduct Dealer Reviews to drive improvement in achieving Volume and Penetration targets.
• You will deliver effective training and provide coaching to maintain BMW Australia Finance business processes and governance frameworks.

What you should bring along?        

• Certificate IV in Financial Services or Credit Management, however a Degree in Commerce/Finance is highly desirable.
• Previous automotive finance and insurance industry experience within a retail/wholesale environment.
• Strong track record in sales/marketing and account management.
• A strong understanding of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP), Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (AM/CTF) and other relevant automotive finance legislation and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
