Our Aftersales team is looking for a Strategy and Financial Performance Manager.
What awaits you?
- You will be responsible for defining the Aftersales mission, strategy and targets for BMW Australia in line with the global framework.
- You will be responsible for the financial performance management and steering of the Aftersales business towards targets and objectives.
- You will be responsible for managing and short- and long-term BMW Australia parts and accessories pricing strategy and frameworks.
- You will be responsible for preparing annual business plans for revenue, profit and cost for the Aftersales department.
- You will drive the regular review and adjustment of the pricing strategy based on costs, sales, exchange rates, and competitor activity, with consistent monitoring and analysis of parts sales performance to ensure optimal outcomes.
What you should bring along?
- University qualification in a business-related discipline, or specialised business training leading to a certificate or diploma qualification.
- Strong experience within the Automotive Aftersales industry, at either the vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket parts distributor level.
- Demonstrated expertise and strategic leadership in financial statement management, analysis, profit optimisation, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance steering.
- Ability to create, evaluate, analyse and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and steer stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and maximise profit outcomes.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, experience with BI tools, and skills in Visual Basic.
