What awaits you?

• You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of training across various digital and physical platforms to dealership staff, including preparing training materials, setting up training sessions, and ensuring a smooth delivery process.
• You will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of training modules tailored for the use of our Area Managers and dealership Business Managers.
• You will be responsible for monitoring the accreditations inbox and process Dealer Business Manager accreditations and offboarding procedures, ensuring all accreditation requests are handled promptly and accurately.
• You will be responsible for supporting the monitoring and completion of process control checks to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• You will drive the setup and execution of in-person training sessions, both on-site and off-site, involving logistical planning, coordinating with venues, and ensuring all necessary resources are available for effective training delivery.

What you should bring along?

• A tertiary qualification in Business or relevant discipline required, with a focus on learning and development advantageous. 
• Previous experience in a corporate environment highly desirable.
• Possess a growth mindset and passion for learning and development.
• Ability to work proactively with advanced organisational skills, demonstrated work ethic and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
