Our Finance team is looking for a Controller.

What awaits you?

• You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual controlling activities, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• You will assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards to communicate KPIs and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, challenge assumptions, and drive cost optimisation initiatives.
• You will help maintain accurate financial models, cost allocations, and standard operating procedures.
• You will participate in ad-hoc analyses and special projects that support strategic decision-making.
• You will contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and speed of financial reporting.
• You will learn and apply BMW Group Controlling standards and tools as part of your development.

What should you bring along?   

• Qualifications - Degree/s in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup/xlookup, dashboards) and data visualisation basics.
• Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and key economic indicators.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work well in a team environment.
• 3-5 years experience in accounting, controlling, or finance.
