Our Customer Support team is looking for an Accessories and Lifestyle Manager.
What awaits you?
- You will be responsible to drive the Accessories & Lifestyle business and develop this exciting business field further to achieve the set business ambition.
- You will be responsible to drive Digital Sales via ConnectedDrive Upgrades.
- You will be responsible for analysing the individual business categories to derive business growth potentials.
- You will be responsible to engage with internal and external partners to create joint business activities.
- You will be responsible to engage with the dealer network to analyse business requirements and implement developed measures.
- You will be responsible to collaborate with the Sales department to derive Accessories vehicle editions.
- You will drive Sales and Marketing campaigns and develop initiatives to increase Accessories and Workshop Consumables penetration.
- You will be responsible for the management and monitoring of stock levels and sales of Accessories & Lifestyle products to ensure sales demands and monthly targets are met.
- You will be responsible for evaluating and presenting business cases for the introduction of new Accessories & Lifestyle and ConnectedDrive Upgrades products.
- You will be responsible for effectively managing Marketing Budgets and Sales Allowances in developing programmes that increase Accessories & Lifestyle and ConnectedDrive Upgrades sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing or specialised business training leading to a certificate or diploma qualification in retail.
- Demonstrated experience in similar position in fields of Business or Marketing.
- Proven experience in product management, showcasing the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Ability to create, evaluate, analyse and implement business plans and sales activities.
- Strong customer-centric approach with an understanding of needs and challenges in the automotive industry.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
