The Opportunity
Our Process Management and Quality (PMQ) team is looking for a driven Project Manager to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to manage and deliver projects, automate and implement efficiencies, support standardisation of processes and deliver business solutions.
What awaits you?
- Taking ownership, manage end-to-end project delivery, facilitate workshops and training, manage budgets and provide administrative services and guidance to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leverage knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance project efficiency, driving innovation within organisation.
- Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes, performance issues and any process change activities.
- Overseeing and documenting all aspects of projects planning and delivery including training and consultation services.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges and next steps to stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors and strategic partners to align project objectives, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle to achieve mutual goals and drive business success.
Qualifications & Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Technology, Science or Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry with a particular emphasis on auto finance being a valuable asset.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile project management methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner, PMP, Prince 2) is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT landscape, including experience with technology integration and software development processes to effectively manage projects in a tech-driven environment.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external vendors and strategic partners.
