Customer Lifecycle and Engagement Consultant

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Lifecycle and Engagement Consultant to join our Customer Experience and Marketing team located at our Mulgrave office.
This is a 12-month fixed term, full-time position with a core focus on managing all customer communications and initiatives to continuously deliver a positive customer experience.
Your new role?
- Initiate and manage engaging customer initiatives that enhance the BMW, MINI & Motorrad brands, drive sales, and increase digital adoption.
- Take ownership of the customer lifecycle marketing communications to ensure an optimal experience throughout the BMW Group Financial Services customer journey.
- Oversee the BMW Financial Services Voice of Customer function encompassing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports presented to senior management and leading any relevant action items derived through these forums.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal, regional and global stakeholders and represent the AU market in various CX and Marketing forums.
- Develop remediation treatment and implementation plans.
- Leverage key customer insights to develop initiatives that address customer journey pain points.
- Support the Dealer Network to enhance BMW Group Financial Services customer experience and ensure a unified marketing approach that aligns with overarching objectives.
- Develop initiatives to support financial services customer experience and repeat purchase.
- Support the development of the Annual Customer Strategy and Marketing Plans.
What you will bring?
- A Bachelor degree in a related field i.e. Marketing, Communications, PR or Journalism.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role developing customer communications and managing lifecycle communications delivery.
- Strong stakeholder and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong attention to detail and a flair for producing written content.
- Experience within a regulated services environment and working in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
