What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for strategy development and implementation to steer annual sales volumes and long-term growth objectives.
  • You will be responsible for creating and implementing the framework to create new business opportunities and maximise sales opportunities from our existing customer base.
  • You will be responsible for the development of fleet sales programmes to strengthen and enhance relationships with selected Fleet Management Organisations.
  • You will assist with dealer Corporate Sales & Marketing plans to achieve annual sales targets.
  • You will drive BMW corporate and fleet initiatives to achieve incremental sales from the corporate and retail environment.

Qualifications & Experience         

  • A tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline.  
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in national sales environments including an understanding of corporate sales required.
  • Proven experience working with senior managers in a B2B environment with automotive or finance industry experience necessary.
  • Strong understanding of Fleet Management structures and vehicle financing models.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to negotiate.
