Our HR team is looking for a Human Resources Graduate.

What awaits you?

• You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities including phone screening, job posting, interview scheduling and candidate management.  
• You will be responsible for providing administrative support for all onboarding and offboarding activities relating to the employee life cycle.
• You will be responsible for the maintenance of HR systems, processes and services.
• You will be responsible for the generation of monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• You will drive the review and improvement of existing processes with a focus on automation.

Qualifications & Experience         

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline required.

• Previous experience working in HR administration, recruitment or similar with knowledge of HR process and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively with advanced organisational skills, growth mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
