Our Customer Support (Aftersales) team is looking for an Area Manager.

What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for assessing business potential, developing business plans and strategy for respective dealerships.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring quantitative and qualitative results through KPI performance steering and reporting.
  • You will be responsible for initiating improvement measures across Customer Support activities and monitor successful implementation.
  • You will drive dealer activities to generate additional sales opportunities for Parts, Accessories and Lifestyle  and increased customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience         

  • University qualification in Business or equivalent experience necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations at dealer management level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, high level of personal presentation with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a similar role.
  • Proven relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
