We are now seeking applications for a Business and Sales Graduate to join our Graduate Management Program!

The Business and Sales Graduate Management Program is designed to provide a graduate with the opportunity to gain exposure into the Sales and Marketing team at BMW Financial Services.

What awaits you?

  • You will actively participate and support (but not limited to) the Sales and Partner Management team including the onboarding and offboarding of Business Managers for all Dealerships in our Network and take responsibility for meeting all regulatory requirements regarding appointing & revocation of accreditation via the ASIC portal and monitor Continuous Professional Development (CPD) completions across the dealer network. You will ensure all CPD training content is up to date and relevant, revising as necessary.
  • You will monitor the Accreditations inbox and ensure that emails are responded to in a timely manner. Furthermore, assist and support the Sales and Marketing Team with any administration tasks, as required.
  • You will assist with the coordination of the annual training curriculum, organizing materials, sending communications out to key stakeholders. You will work with the Training and Governance manager to design and carry out training needs analysis and gap analysis programs for all Business Managers in the BMW group network.
  • In conjunction with the Quality Standards Consultant, you will carry out the responsibility for setting all Accredited Persons up in Drive your Learning (LMS), monitoring CPD’s, sending reminders and the overall monitoring on the needs of Accreditation persons.
  • You will monitor CPD completion rates and report shortfalls or non-compliance to Area Managers, Dealer Training and Quality Manager, and Head of Partner & Field Force Management.
  • Ensure that Accredited Person’s that have not completed the necessary number of CPD units are reported and that their accreditation with BMW AF are suspended or terminated in lines with company policy.

Qualifications & Experience         

  • Recently graduated student in Commerce, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Exposure to finance industry is desirable
  • Exposure to Automotive industry is desirable
